Shrimad Bhagavad Gita

‘Shrimad Bhagavad Gita’ is an Indian invaluable gift given verbally by God to the mankind of the entire world. Bhagavad Gita alone is the scripture which is called ‘the crown jewel among all the scriptures’. It is such an extraordinary creation, which alone has received the honour of ‘[being termed as] spoken by God (Bhagavaanuvaac)’. It has been written by Maharshi Vedvyas. It is mentioned in the Gita (chapter 18, shloka 75), “vyaasaprasaadaat”; it means, we have received this knowledge of the Gita through the pleasure of Vyas. This scripture isn’t just the means of religious preaching like the other scriptures; rather, along with adhyaatma, it also contains the solution to political, social, religious and personal problems. Arjuna, who is the great hero of the Mahabharat war, became afraid of the dilemmas of the battlefield and was disappointed with [his] life and the Kshatriya (warrior) religion. Similarly, like Arjuna, we all are entangled in the problems of life to a greater or a lesser extent (nambarvaar), because this life is also a battlefield. This is why today, a common man becomes confused when he finds himself entangled in the problems of his life. It means, he becomes foolish with respect to what he should do [and] what he shouldn’t. And instead of fighting against the problems of life, he starts running away from them. But running away from the problems isn’t the solution to [those] problems. In order to solve those very problems, God is giving the knowledge of the Gita now, at present through Arjuna, purely for the entire mankind.

Why is the Bhagavad Gita more beneficial than the other scriptures?

Studying the knowledge of the Gita is very important for every individual. Just the body can be cleansed with the water of the Ganges but even the dirty mind is cleansed with the knowledge of the Gita. It is mentioned in the Gita – what actions should be performed and what shouldn’t. What actions are worth renouncing and what are worth embracing. Even the big pundits, scholars, teachers and scientists today are confused in this subject. This knowledge is meant not only for hearing but also assimilating. If children are given this knowledge of the Gita, they will develop good traits. By studying this knowledge we come to know how our life should be. All the scriptures that came up, whether the Vedas, the Upanishads or the Puranas, they are full of the three qualities (namely, sat, raj, tam). This is why it is written in the Gita: ‘Traigunyavishaya veda’, the Vedas aren’t beyond the three qualities. They are full of them. ‘Nistraigunyo bhavarjuna’. O, Arjun, you have to go beyond the three qualities. You have to reach the stage of Parambrahm.

Untold reality of the Bhagavad Gita - with proof

The Only Mistake

5000 years ago, at the time of the Mahabharat, it was I who narrated the imperishable knowledge; its yadgaar is famous as the scripture ‘Shrimad Bhagwad Gita’. But, the biggest mistake committed by the residents of Bharat is that they have condemned the very Shrimad Bhagwad Gita, the crown gem of all the scriptures by writing the name of the one who has 84 births, the one who is complete with all the virtues, complete with 16 celestial degrees, the first prince of the satopradhaan Golden Age, Shri Krishna (who himself has achieved this status through this Gita) instead of writing My name, the Supreme Father Supreme Soul Shiva, the Ocean of Knowledge, the Giver of the knowledge of the Gita, the Giver of divine vision, the Purifier of the sinful, the One who is free from the cycle of birth and death, the One who is always liberated, the Giver of liberation and liberation in life to the people of all the religions. It is for this very reason that the residents of Bharat have lost spiritual connection (yoga) with Me and have become corrupt in religion, corrupt in actions, sinful, insolvent and sorrowful. Had the scholars, teachers and erudite men of Bharat not committed this mistake, the people of all the religions of this world would have accepted the Shrimad Bhagwad Gita as the great sentences narrated by Me, the most beloved Supreme Father Shiva, who is the Liberator and Guide to the Abode of Nirvana and they would have read it with so much love and devotion considering it to be their religious scripture and they would also have esteemed Bharat as their highest pilgrimage place considering it as My, the Supreme Father’s birthplace.

Shrimad Bhagavad Gita – the foremost scripture.

1. First the Gita was made, then the Vedas, then the Vedas were clarified. The Brahman, Satpath Brahman etc. were made. Then even those were clarified. The Aaranyak were made, then the Upanishads were made. Then numerous scriptures like the Ramayana etc. started to be made. The knowledge went on expanding through the Bhagvat, Mahabharata etc.

2. The Gita was interpreted in the Vedas. The Gita has emerged directly from the mouth [of God]. It is the purest book, religious book. The Vedas have emerged from the Gita itself. Had the Vedas been created first, their knowledge would certainly have been present in the Gita. Commentaries on the Vedas would have been made. Everybody would have read them but today, nobody reads them at all. No Vedas or scriptures have as much knowledge as there is in the Gita. This is the reason that Gita has been considered ‘the supreme scripture’. It is because truth lies only in that which is the most ancient.

The knowledge of the Gita wasn’t given in the Copper Age but at the end of the Iron Age.

1. There isn’t a single shloka in the Gita where it has been mentioned that the knowledge of the Gita was given in the Copper Age.

2. If the knowledge of the Gita was given in the Copper Age, why did the Iron Age arrive? God in fact creates heaven, then why did the world turn into hell? It is written in the Gita, “Mayaadhyakshena prakritih suuyate sacaraacaram. Hetunaanena kaunteya jagadviparivartate” (Gita 9/10). When I come, the world goes in a reverse direction i.e. it goes from the Iron Age to the Golden Age. However, nothing like that happened. On the contrary, a massive violent war has been depicted. Violence is considered sin in every religion. Then, how can God wage a violent war?

3. “Sarvadharmaan parityajya maamekam sharanam vraja” (Gita 18/66). Not all the religions were present in the Copper Age. The question of renouncing all the religions arises only where all the religions exist. It is now, at the present time in the Iron Age that numerous religions, religious groups and committees exist.

4. “Yadaa yadaa hi dharmasya glaanirbhavati bhaarat” (Gita 4/7). It means, when there is defamation of the religion [and] when there is rise of irreligiousness or opposite religions, I come. Defamation of the religion means, people call ekvyaapi (present in one [being]) God sarvavyaapi (omnipresent). According to the Jain and Vedic process [of creation], it is at the end of the Iron Age that the religion is defamed, because many religions are established till the end of the Iron Age and all the religions become tamopradhaan in the fourth stage of the fourth age. It is because just like the four ages, everything in the world in the form of a house or a tree definitely passes through the four stages, namely satvapradhaan, satvasaamaanya, rajo and taamasi.

5. How can Krishna complete with 16 celestial degrees come in the Copper Age, which has eight celestial degrees? When the age itself has eight celestial degrees, how can the humans there be complete with 16 celestial degrees?

6. It isn’t possible for someone to sit and give the knowledge of the Gita where two armies are standing ready to fight; it’s impossible.

When does God incarnate?

Whenever there is the defamation of religion, God comes to this world.

2. “Sarvabhuutaani sammoham sarge yaanti parantap” (Gita 7/27). It means, all the living beings become completely foolish at the end of the kalpa or at the end of the four ages.

3.“Avajaananti maam muurhaa maanushiim tanumaashritam” (Gita 9/11) Foolish people don’t recognize that Supreme Father who has come in an ordinary body and they disobey Him. They call God, who is present in one being, ‘omnipresent’ and commit the biggest irreligiousness. It is in order to destroy all these irreligious people and the irreligiousness spread by them that God takes on an incognito ordinary body and comes in this world at the end of the Iron Age.

For Brahmakumar-kumaris

The Brahmakumaris have called Dada Lekhraj God of the Gita, a claim which cannot be proved according to the great sentences of the murlis. It is clearly mentioned in the murlis that Dada Lekhraj Brahma alias Krishna is not the sermoniser of the Gita......More information

It’s the life-changing knowledge, still why does darkness prevail in the world?

Over a period of time, the learned men and scholars manipulated the great sentences of God to a great extent by coming up with poisoned interpretations of the nectar like Gita. Its very proof is the many commentaries of the Gita. For example, Madhavacharya’s Gita says: ‘the human souls are separate and God is separate’. Shankaracharya’s Gita says, ‘sarvam khalu idam brahm’ [i.e.] all that exists in this world is only Brahm. They have created such contradiction in the great sentences of God. The true knowledge doesn’t exist in those Gitas. That is in fact poisonous knowledge, drinking which all the human beings are going into a state of degradation today. They have totally blocked the way to God by calling the ekvyaapi God ‘omnipresent’. Interpretations made by humans cannot give the introduction of the true form of God. Hence, it is recommended that you only study the ‘Advance Bhagavad Gita’, which God has created with an altruistic purpose because God Himself can give His introduction.
